JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for O.P.No.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C1-255 of 2019 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that both parties have compromised the case. In support thereof, an affidavit dated 29.03.2023 is annexed to this petition.

Having considered the fact that both parties have

No.63867 of 2019(7) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 compromised the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.C1255 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
