2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 525/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 366, 366A, 368, 372, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and after enquiry cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and others is of committing rape of minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was a Panch and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66395 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is an 86 year old man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the age of the petitioner and that it is a complaint case, let the petitioner above-named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Rosera, District- Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 525 of 2023.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands allowed.
