The petitioner and the informant/opposite party no.2 have also appeared in Court.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.223 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has jointly been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that out of the disputed amount of Rs.16,50,000/-, an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- has already been paid to the opposite party no.2 and the petitioner undertakes to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69100 of 2023(20) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 pay the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the informant/ opposite party no.2 within two months from today. 5.

Learned counsel for the informant/opposite party no.2 has no objection if the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed by this Court.

In view of the joint submission of learned counsel for the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.01.2025 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will remain on the same bail bonds as executed earlier. It is expected that the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- is paid to the informant/opposite party no.2 within two months from today.
