2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 21(b), 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985

3. As per prosecution case, 102 grams of brown sugar (smack) was recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that 102 grams of smack was from the vehicle of which this petitioner is registered owner,
