The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 376, 313, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner refused to allow his younger brother to joined wedlock with Rima Kumari who is sister-in-law of this petitioner. He further submits that with reference to Rima Kumar under section 164 Cr.P.C. that Rima Kumari and younger

Considering the fact that the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi Sadar in connection with Parihar P.S.
