The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 for the offences under Section 394, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 23.05.2018. He further submits that seizure list was not prepared in accordance with the mandatory provision of Section 100(3) of the Cr.P.C. by the police.
In the present case, no TIP was conducted.

No.72089 of 2018(4) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has no criminal history, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018.
