2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498A, of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Earlier the matter has been sent to Mediation Center for reaching an amicable settlement of the disputes and the parties had gone together from the mediation center itself and the present position is that they are staying together as a husband and wife. This fact is also supported by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70226 of 2024(8) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 .
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Complaint Case No. 546 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
