2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 61(2) of B.N.S. and under section 66, 66(c), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, 2008.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that from the account of the informant altogether Rs. 98,000/- were withdrawn by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the last occasion he has submitted before a learned co-ordinate bench that the petitioner is ready to refund which he has received in his Canara Bank account. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will refund the amount in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66476 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 four equal installments. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 18.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Arwal Cyber P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal with the condition that the petitioner would refund the amount in four equal installments and he would deposit the first installment at the time of submission of bail bonds and within two months he would deposit rest of the amount.
