2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against these petitioners is that they threw burning cylinder, having 5 liter capacity, on the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is no allegation of assault against these petitioners. They are only alleged to have thrown the burning cylinder. The doctor has not found any burn injury on the person of informant. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
