Petitioner is in custody in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner is staying with her husband in the house of the husband. He also submits that normalcy has been restored and as such petitioner may be released on bail on restoration of normalcy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60326 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019.

Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the wife is staying at the matrimonial house, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Banka, in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 subject to the condition that wife should be one of the bailors.
