(iii) Restraining from giving effect to Notice to Show Cause as contained in Letter No. 846 dated 19.11.2024 during the pendency of the present writ application and/or the without the leave of this Hon'ble Court."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is relying on identical matter decided by this Bench on 09.09.2025 in C.W.J.C. No.12231 of 2025 to the extent that the decision is aptly applicable to the case in hand. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Accordingly, instant writ petition stands allowed in the light of the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12231 of 2025 and the impugned Show Cause Notice dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15036 of 2025(3) dt.23-09-2025 3/3 19.11.2024 (Annexure-P/11) is set aside.

4. CWJC No. 15036 of 2025 allowed.
