The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019 in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the joint house. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been granted bail in two other cases of the excise Act in which he was also arrested In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61187 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019.
