JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant as well as the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the present case is regarding the victim girl being taken forcefully by the accused persons including the petitioner herein for the purpose of being taken to Gujarat. However, upon alarm being made, the accused persons including the petitioner were caught by the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the FIR shows that a false story has been cooked up by the informant. It is further submitted that there is no

The petitioner is having a clean antecedent as well as he is languishing in custody since 27.05.2018. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S.
