1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the period 04.08.2010 to 04.11.2013, during which petitioner remained suspended and the respondent authorities vide order contained in Memo no. 13915 dated 07.10.2016 themselves decided that the petitioner shall be paid 75% subsistence allowance but in fact the petitioner has been paid

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the resolution dated 07.10.2016, issued by the Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder it has been directed that for the period of suspension i.e. from 04.08.2010 to 04.11.2013, the petitioner shall be paid 75% of salary and allowances, however, it is submitted that the same has not stood paid till date.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that if that be the case and in case there is no other impediment, the same shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
