2. The petitioner has filed the contempt application seeking implementation of the Court's order dated 08.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7587 of 2013. Pursuant to the said direction a decision has been taken by the authorities to reject the petitioner's prayer for grant of affiliation by office order dated 03.07.2018 bearing memo No. 2098. The same is annexed as Annexure F to the show cause.

3. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the said order is without jurisdiction and pursuant to a procedure which has not been placed on record.

4. This Court is of the opinion that these are issues which may be agitated by the petitioner in an appropriate proceeding. No case is made out to for proceedings against the opposite parties.

5. The contempt application is dismissed.
