2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 , 27 and 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to be one of the conspirator of the occurrence .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. He is not alleged to have participated in the offence . Petitioners claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A . C . J . M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. case No. 61 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
