This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to give approval of the appointment of the petitioners as they have been appointed by the competent authority in accordance with law and they are working in the concerned school as also for directing the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioners with effect from the date of

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are Assistant Teachers of Shree Ramlala Sarbdarshan Sanskrit High School, Narghogha, Samastipur. The Secretary of the Managing Committee requested for approval of advertisement to the Respondent No. 5 for appointment of Assistant Teachers in the aforesaid school vide Letter dated 16.09.2022 but Respondent No. 5 did not consider the same. He next submits that petitioners have already filed several representations for redressal of their grievance but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioners are directed to file fresh representation before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna (Respondent No. 5) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioners within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.
