Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner invested money of the complainant in Sahara India and after maturity, the matured amount is not being paid to the complainant. Petitioner is an agent of Sahara India. It is further alleged that on demanding the matured amount, petitioner abused and insulted the complainant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is not the case of the complainant that this petitioner himself has taken his money. He next submits that complainant is the investor and after having full knowledge he deposited the

He further submits that the payment of the investors has been stopped on the order of Hon'ble Apex Court and the accounts of the investors of the aforesaid company has been presently freezed by the SEBI. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail application and submits that the petitioner sold Sahara Q Shop worth Rs. 60,500/- to the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in Complaint Case No. 505 (C) of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
