Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dehri (T) (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 652 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 447, 504, 307, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She has no criminal antecedent. In fact, on trivial matter both sides entered into a scuffle which led injury on both sides. The father of the informant died during the course of the treatment. There is delay of 28 hours in lodging of FIR. Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on
