The petitioner is in custody in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 23.10.2017.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017.
