2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 147, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners were constructing a house on the disputed land. When the informant objected, the petitioners and other accused persons assaulted him and his family members with iron rod, with an intention to kill them.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

There is land dispute between the parties. Though the injuries is grievous in nature but it is not attributed against the petitioners rather it is against co-accused Vishal Mahto.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
