Petitioners are accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 97 of 2017 arising out of Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Baldeo Rai and Godari Rai have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 6663 of 2017 and 16841 of 2017 respectively. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 07.01.2017, having no criminal antecedent.

No.15561 of 2017 (3) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, namely, (1) Rajaram Rai; and (2) Sheo Mangal Rai be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions JudgeII, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 97 of 2017 arising out of Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.
