The petitioner seeks bail in Dhakha P.S. Case No. 374 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 3210 bottles of illicit liquor total 963 liters has been recovered from Bolero vehicle. The seizure list has been prepared. The petitioner was said to be the driver of aforesaid Bolero vehicle.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail for the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73729 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 completion of six months in custody.
