The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.117(O) of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 01 and odd ltr. of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60666 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 Special Judge within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
