2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 467, 468, 471, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2023 and there is recovery of 119.880 litres of English wine from his possession. He further submits that he has one criminal incident of similar nature.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge Excise II, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Sidhwaliya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
