2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhaurahi P.S Case No. 56 of 2024 dated 03.05.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 02.06.2024 the informant was erecting pillar in her own field in the meantime the petitioner and the co-accused persons armed with deadly weapon came there and started abusing the informant. On being objected by the informant, co-accused Ankit hit on the head of

When the informant came to rescue, co-accused Bittu Kumar caught hold of her hair and assaulted her with fist and legs. It is further alleged that the co-accused Bittu Kumar and Ankit snatched the golden chain and earring of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Begusarai, in connection with Chhaurahi P.S Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
