2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 313 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught riding a stolen vehicle along with other criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Gopalganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
