JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018.

Considering the period of incarceration, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsain connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2017.
