Petitioners seek bail in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion and due to animosity on account of Mukhiya election. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent and are in custody since 27.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16010 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sdjm (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016.
