Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner only runs a grocery shop near the place of occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16194 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017.
