2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 139 of the B.N.S., registered in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that his child namely, Ritik Kumar, who was sleeping on bed, was missing since late night. Accordingly the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that the victim boy has been traced out on the same day. Petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
