1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner no.2 is an Ex-ward Councilor and has approached this Court alleging that 41 persons were removed from the B.P.L. list in his Ward. He does not mention the names of those 41 persons and a general mention is made in his representation. A list has been placed before this Court as Annexure-1 to submit that the said persons name have been ousted from the B.P.L. list.

3. However, this Court would not examine factual

Patna High Court CWJC No.5089 of 2017(3) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 aspects. If any individual is aggrieved of his name being ousted from the B.P.L. List, he alone has a right to take up the matter before the concerned authority. Appeal against the said inaction can also be filed by moving a complain before the concerned Collector. The procedure being already available.

4. The writ petition is wholly devoid of merits and accordingly dismissed.
