The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history.
Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that there is dispute on account of partition of land. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and he is in custody since 13.07.2018.
Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71635 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
