The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73775 of 2019(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court as well as by the Supreme Court.

No good ground appears to have been made out for filing this anticipatory bail application again before this Court.

The application is dismissed.
