Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 780 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419,. 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act, 1981.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent. She is a student of 1st Year of Graduation. As a matter of fact, her Admit card was left in home which was brought to the Examination Centre by his brother.

No.63190 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (town) P.S. Case No. 780 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
