Petitioners are in custody in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2007 for the offence under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Referring to the allegation against these petitioners, learned counsel submits that except suspicion there is no material to connect these petitioners in killing mother of the informant.
Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 31.7.2018.
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72319 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 antecedent and except suspicion there is no definite material to connect these petitioners in the commission of crime, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate , Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.
