The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(a)(3) of the I.T. Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
