Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.Case No.255/2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 150, 153(A), 188, 290, 295(A), 298 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Bihar Laudspeaker Act.

So far FIR is concerned, the petitioners and other accused persons are named in the FIR and the allegation is that they along with the others were members of the procession who inspite of the police personnel took procession towards the worship place of a particular community and raised objectionable slogans there in order to disrupt the communal harmony between two communities.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 4th, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.Case No.255 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
