Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file regular bail application before the court below within a period of four weeks. The court below is directed to dispose of the regular bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Kurtha P.S.Case No.55 of 2022.

If the regular bail application is not filed within the aforesaid period, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall loose its force.
