Petitioner is in custody in connection with Beur PS Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018. Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
