Mr.Kumar Veerendra Narayan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is said to have committed robbery in PNB and the miscreants looted away Rs. 2,66,300/- and Rs. 8,83,413/- from the cash counter on the point of gun.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. He submitted that no looted cash has been recovered from the petitioner and has no concern with the said occurrence. He further submitted on chase by the police,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72044 of 2022(3) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 only six live cartridges and one mobile was recovered but it is of no use without any arm. The petitioner has been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. He is languishing in judicial custody since 26.06.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C A.C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2022.
