2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, four persons are said to have taken away the grandson of the informant and the dead body of the grandson of the informant was recovered on the next day.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

He further submits that out of four accused persons three have been granted bail by this Court. In support of his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed the copies of the orders by which the other accused persons are granted bail being order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47985 of 2023, order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73443 of 2022 and order dated 22.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66339.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47985 of 2023, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022.

10. As a condition of this bail order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed by the trial Court.
