The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., on 10.06.2022 at 4:00 PM, while the informant was going to his field, the F.I.R. named accused persons, armed with carbine, sixer, katta, boarded on two motorcycles came in front of the informant and fired upon him, on account of which, informant sustained multiple fire-arm injuries.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Mishra. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65513 of 2022(4) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
