2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 463 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 201, 120(B) of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68517 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 withdrawn.
