2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 224, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 45 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3 and 4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.

3. The petitioner was arrested by the police but coaccused persons got forcibly fled from the police party after assaulting them.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Court No.-1 at Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2021.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Rajpur Police Station, District- Buxar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
