This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 448, 323, 504, 384, 387, 506 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Both sides are agnates. There is dispute for partition of property. In the aforesaid background allegation is that on the point of pistol petitioner demanded ransom.
Since, petitioner, Ram Ishwar Yadav, had already been arrested in this case, hence, his prayer is dismissed as infructuous.
Considering the background of allegation, let the petitioner, Rinku Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17690 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 452 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
