Petitioners are accused in connection with Sasaram (Tilouthu) P.S. Case No. 1371 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30A of the Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. During investigating no substantial material has come against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 09.01.2017/30.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
