Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ballia PS Case No. 139 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the case of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected on 15.03.2018. He submits that the petitioner has remained in custody since 13.06.2017.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, and that the petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2017, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge -II-
