The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case no. 106 of 2019, registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in the morning of 29.06.2019, informant Ran Vijay Yadav was at his door at that time, Nilesh @ Fuchna Yadav, Ghanshyam Yadav, Pawan Yadav (Petitioner) came there and Nilesh @ Fuchna Yadav shot fire at informant, which hit at the right side of his waist. The cause of occurrence is that father of the informant used to work as Nigh Guard, where construction materials for bridge was lying, due to that reasons, hot talk exchanged between the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to grudge and enmity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
