2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition& Excise Amendment Act.

3. The recovery is of 623.88 liters foreign liquor from the motorcycle and four wheeler vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 25.06.2025.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65888 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra/ successor court in connection with Ishuapur Excise. Case No. 122 of 2025.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Latu Maharaj Path, Opp Circuit House, Chapra and produced the receipt of the same before the court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ishuapur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
